"Breakfast was disappointing, thin bacon was so brittle from being over cooked. Sausages were very hot and spicy. Sourdough bread not a good combination either. Shame as overall a really good stay. Staff great just thinking the breakfasts need a bit better planning for by the management"

"I was very pleasantly surprised by the room, though slightly apprehensive about being directly above the restaurant. But I needn't have worried. I didn't hear any noise from below. Despite the well equipped room, I had a terrible night's sleep, but that wasn't in any way related to the very comfortable bed, or the room. The food, both evening meal and continental breakfast were excellent and I will seriously consider staying again if in Loughborough overnight."

"The room and en suite were clean, comfortable with everything we needed. The little patio outside was a nice touch also. The staff were really helpful and friendly . The girls who were serving on the tables both inside and outside were amazing . The place was so busy and they worked so hard to keep all the customers happy. Hotel was in a lovely location with so many places to visit close by . The food was excellent also."

"Stayed here for 2 nights recently. House actually looked better than the photos. Lots of space with plenty of towels / cutlery / glasses / plates etc. lovely quiet street within walking distance of Loughborough. would 100% stay here again. I have removed one star as the thermostat on the shower could do with being checked. Unfortunately the only temperate was scalding hot which made it difficult to shower but I’m sure that’s an easy fix for the host. Thanks so much for the stay!"
