A few minutes walk from the historic city center and main beaches; this is the perfect place to relax after exploring Barcelona's best attractions. The apartment has two double bedrooms and a full bath. The social area, with lots of natural light thanks to its large windows, integrates the TV lounge room\*, fully equipped kitchen and the dining room. Carefully equipped and decorated, the apartment can accommodate up to 6 guests. The flat is located on the Entresuelo or first floor of the building with elevator. \* Please note that the TV lounge - where the double sofabed is located - doesn't have exterior rolling shutters or blackout curtains. IMPORTANT NOTE: Maintenance works are being carried out on the building's facade and will be completed by the end of August 2019\.
