"This hotel provided free shuttle from Phuket airport. The distance is short but when it rains hard, its helpful. My room had a microwave oven, a refrigerator with full freezer, and even a washer. For relaxing and quiet time this hotel is highly recommended. Naiyang beach is close by but this part of Naiyang beach belongs to national park so there's entrance fee but it's free after 5pm."

"The best part of this hotel is that you can literally walk to the airport. There is some great, really affordable dining options on the main drag and it’s only a 10 minute walk to Naiyang beach. Perfect for a place to stay before flying out or if you have a long layover.
The room was spacious and very open. Though we didn’t get a chance to use the pool, it looked beautiful and well maintained.

"We did have a chance to relax and enjoy the resort because were on the go. Every morning we would leave about 8am and wouldn't make it back until to 5 pm. The breakfast was amazing!"
"After reading some negative reviews I was a little worried but Banyan Tree is truly a 5* resort with high level of services. Staff was very friendly, attentive and prompt. Food was very delicious, we tried Safron and Hojo restaurant and the service and food was beyond pur expectations. Breakfast was very delicious too. Room was clean, spacious and well maintained, pool with clean water was checked by pool service daily. The surrounding nature, trees, palms and gardens are very well maintained and you can cycling around inside the resort endlessly. We travel a lot and simply knew that Banyan resorts are always a guarantee of quality so was Banyan Tree Phuket too. We will definitely come back next year. "

Great location but enough removed from main strip that its quiet. 7 min walk to beach, 10 min walk to night markets and shopping centres.
Staff were also amazing. I fell ill and they were great and assisted and catered to my requirements. "
"This hotel is awesome. The employees are very friendly and helpful. The moment you step into the hotel, you will already feel the warm welcome and the friendliness of the people. The receptionist, Mai, checked us in, and Yee helped us with our luggage with a smile on their face. We had to change our check-out schedule, and Salmon helped us fix it with the transportation company that would pick us up. Aumi, the hotel manager showed us around the pool and other amenities being offered by the hotel. Thanks also to Tang. "
"We loved everything about this property, from the amenties to the food. It is a huge complex with three pools, and 5 restaurants to choose from. The staff are friendly and the facility is beautiful. The beach is nice, but the time we went it was rough so we did not swim in it. Instead, we got to explore the reef during low tide and see the fish and other marine life. There is a free shuttle to Patong which makes it very convienent. We can't wait to go back again one day!"
"The room was spacious, there was a single and a queen size bed ( the big bed had a bit of a dip in it where most people would recline to watch tv (me too), so for sleeping I moved to the middle of the bed - that was my only quibble sitting the week I was there. The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially the woman who made up my room (even though I'm not a tipper I did this time).
Charm Resort is a great location- over the road from the beach and a short walk to shops and eating places.
