"I was blown away at this resort. The villas were so amazing and my family really enjoyed the pools. We got plenty to eat at breakfast and it was an easy walk to town for any other meal. The staff immediately responded to any issue. The gym facility was small but nice. The beach was lovely and quiet. "

"DO NOT STAY HERE, after 15 years using Expedia this is my first negative review. The water park onsite is CLOSED until further notice, there is no mention of this on the website, the children’s pool is CLOSED for maintenance, the main restaurant is CLOSED. Elsewhere there was no hot water in the showers (reported many times), food takes over an hour in poolside restaurant (not great with kids), many villas are being renovated so expect lots of workman (smoking) and noise, breakfast is very basic, you have to request and chase for housekeeping and the nearby beach is filthy and no swimming allowed. There are many great villas and complexes in Phuket, this was terrible. "
"It was near the airport and we didn’t hear any planes flying by, very quiet. We also saw the resort while on our plan taking-off. Outside the resort seemed to be a lot of restaurant but we didn’t spend enough time to walk around to enjoy them. While I was there the water park was closed. The front desk said they should be open in October and it actually looked fun, as a 39 year old I would go. Breakfast was delicious, staff was wonderful, resort was clean, they had a shuttle running continuously, I actually enjoyed my stay. Well done Splash Beach resort, well done! "
