"This was our very favorite stay of our entire Scotland trip. Helen and Tim have created something really special at Gulabin Lodge. We loved the proximity to hiking and the amazing facilities. It was such a good experience that we will be booking here again the next time we visit."

Top Ballindalloch Hotel Reviews

Macdonald Aviemore Highland Hotel

Macdonald Aviemore Highland Hotel

8/10 Good
"Hotel is very family and dog friendly and staff were very helpful and welcoming . The room was very clean but the camp bed was very uncomfortable, very lumpy and could feel springs , definitely needs replacing . Room otherwise warm and spacious . Breakfast not as good as it was on previous visits but adequate and fair choice . Have stayed in Aviemore many times and whole centre is looking tired , which is a great shame as it is such a wonderful holiday destination . Needs some TLC . Would definitely go back as perfect for a short getaway"
