"Pros -Great free room upgrade, friendly staff (very helpful and approachable) and food was good, great tea tray. Cons - having to pay to park to stay at the hotel and pay the same rate as someone who wasnt, food menu limited range, room a little dated and some small decorative touches needed."

"The rooms were fantastic! Clean, comfy and modern. The beds were extremely comfortable and warm. We loved our in room tea/biscuit upon arrival. The staff was welcoming and knowledgeable. We definitely would stay here again. The one night we had supper in the restaurant was not great. Our soup was heavily salted and bread was cold and bit stale. But to be fair, we came in late and tired. Possibly if we had arrive earlier may have had a better experience. Overall, a great experience 5/5 for the hotel. Will definitely be back."

"Very disappointed as we requested a room with limited steps. Their rooms on the main floor were not available due to a heat issue. We were given an apartment room that had three steps up plus another 7 steps. Our original booking included breakfast but the apartment did not. "
