"We had a wonderful 2 night stay - staff was helpful and very friendly. We received an upgraded room upon registration. The room was spacious and comfortable! The breakfast buffet was also very good. Parking was easy at a ground car park a block or so away ... and the hotel was within walking distance of all the 'old city' sites (e.g., Richard III visitor center, cathedral, Roman sites, etc.).
