Was difficult to review the facilities due to the COVID safety precausions in place at the time of visit. Other than a few other guests being noisy until late, the hotel was lovely, the grounds are beautiful and the breakfast was nice. Had booked due to work committments in the area and am already booked back in again.

Quality place with everything you could want in your stay along with excellent Personal customer service.

Had a great stay, overnight en-route to elsewhere. Booked a 1hr swim slot. Everything well organised in terms of COVID. Room fine. Would stay again

Midweek stay to see Stamford and the surrounding area. Friendly staff and within walking distance to shops and restaurants.

Very helpful & welcoming staff

Had an excellent couple of nights at the Scalford Country House Hotel. The welcome was brilliant, friendly and informative. Unfortunately due to Covid restrictions the restaurant was only open for breakfast which again was a limited menu but was more than enough and cooked to order, it was delicious. We where in one of the recently decorated rooms, this property is undergoing a complete refurbishment, the bed was really comfy and the room was well presented with a new bathroom, in all everything was great and the staff where extremely friendly and helpful.

We have stayed many times at this hotel, and even with the covid precautions it was just as good as always. Friendly staff and clean rooms. The mattress was not very comfortable but only slept a couple of nights so didn't spoil it. We always bring our dogs as well which is a great benefit of this hotel.

Lovely small hotel in pretty village. Over all really good but WiFi was not a secure network though which seemed a bit odd to me. Parking a little limited if you get there during the day but they do offer to pay for your parking in the parking lot next door.

Lovely small hotel. Staff friendly and very accommodating. Restaurant superb. I’d recommend this hotel without hesitation
