We had a lovely stay at the Townhouse, our room was amazing and the property is on a quiet street close to the centre of Ayr and the seafront. We would happily stay again.

Great service room was amazing

Very good alternative to a hotel. All facilities we required for a great town centre stay in Ayr for the races. Breakfast was fantastic value. Only downside was staying in room 6 we had a bathroom on the other side of the corridor.

Ideal location, clean and friendly, no problem booking in early. Will be back.

Although the room was small it was well appointed with everything required. The owners update you re check in times and allow you into the room early if required. A great rate for a comfortable room.

A clean and quiet B&B close to Ayr beach and Pavilion, within walking distance of the town centre. The owner is helpful, just remember to let them know your approximate arrival time.

Lovely clean and comfortable enjoyable stay service good in restaurant when not busy but slow when busy.

I arranged the trip for my son's 11th Birthday and he enjoyed it so much he said the hotel should have 5 stars. My boys loved the pool, the room, the food and the chocolate milkshakes. It's a beautiful clean area by the sea, with the lovely big park and amusements. I will definitely book here again.

By far the most imamculate and well-looked after apartment I've ever stayed in. Everything was thought of: there was tea & coffee, fresh towels, blankets, washing up liquid, soap, crockery, cooking utensils. There were instructions for everything, and plenty of tips/ideas, as well as local food menus & recommendations, in the info folder. Very good set up

We loved everything about this property - the hosts are lovely, and gave us tips for places to visit, were prepared to be flexible about when we had breakfast (we chose 9.00am). The whole place was very clean, and they had thought about everything a guest might need. Breakfast was lovely, and choices were varied. They could charge more, it's great value for money. The best B&B we've stayed in - highly recommended
