"I use this hotel often and it’s the first time I’ve had an issue - no towels in the room. I couldn’t be bothered walking all the way over to reception and carrying a hand towel as I do, I got by. It’s an oversight but I’ll be using the hotel again. Mistakes happen. Room 204."

"We had a lovely stay. It was very comfortable and clean. We did not have a car so it was a little out of the way however the taxi service is very fast and dependable. Beautiful setting."

"A fabulous hotel that goes the extra mile to make guests feel valued and comfortable. Extremely doggy friendly, with separate zones for guests unaccompanied by their 4 legged companions. Direct access to the beach, Ayshire Coastland Path further enhance the experience. I would definitely highly recommend The Waterside Hotel. Thank you"
