"Beautiful little hotel at the edge of the old town. Easy access to the main roads but also walking distance to the old centre. The staff was so friendly and helped us out with parking, refreshments and a nice conversation every day. The room was small but decorated with style and the upper terrace was a nice place to end the day with a view over the water . We would highly recommend."
"The breakfast at Hotel Poem was incredible! Wish I was staying longer than just the 1 night. Everyone at the property was so helpful and friendly, nothing was a problem and the rooms were immaculate and comfortable.
Highly recommend this property."

"Ali was wonderful! He gave us the most warm welcome possible! Hotel is in a great area surrounded by shopping and restaurants, as well as historic sites. Will definitely come back!"
"The staff were very kind hospitable and lovely it was such a great stay, I felt safe and it is local to everything! Loved this hotel and would only come back to this hotel! "
"Stayed in December
Staff are excellent and lean over backwards to help.
Accommodation I was everything required and was qyiet even though it’s a busy location with lots of good bars and restaurants to choose from.
Location is fantastic for all the big tourist sites, no more than 15 minutes even for pier for Bosporus cruises or the Topkapi palace.
Would be my first choice when I return to Istanbul."

Legacy Ottoman Hotel
10/10 Excellent
"I’m not going to share too much about my own experience since everyone’s will be different. The hotel is in a fantastic location—less than five minutes from a beautiful grand masjid, right next to the spice bazaar, with the Bosporus river and tram connection just around the corner (5/10 mins), plus plenty of food and shops nearby (perfect!). Hop on the tram and within three stops you’re right outside the Blue Mosque.
The hotel room itself looked a bit dated and could do with an upgrade. In one of our rooms the Wi-Fi was very weak, though in the other room it worked just fine. On the positive side, the staff were really friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellent, and the chef, along with all the staff, was extremely hospitable."
"I really enjoyed our stay at this hotel! The receptionists were so kind and thoughtful. There were six of us and they made sure we had transportation to go shopping and were really generous and was genuinely good people! The rooms were beautiful, a little small compared to big brands but was very spacious for 2 people and felt very cozy! The lady at the breakfast helped us reheat our food and was super nice and friendly! Would definitely recommend staying there, we were close to a lot of restaurants although overwhelming but really great options as all the food we tried in that area was delicious! 10/10 would recommend. "We had a fabulous time!!
The staff were exceptional, the pool, food and the spa were all amazing!
Every part from our trip from beginning to end was wonderful. They picked us up in a luxurious Mercedes-Benz, which looks like a van on the outside, but then it was a beautiful orange leather interior with a starlet roof.
We arrived early in the morning hours, we shared the wonderful news about our engagement a week earlier, they gave us a fabulous upgrade.
The breakfast was absolutely amazing! A huge variety of options to eat From!
Definitely hoping to come back here when we come back to Istanbul! "
