Staffs was great but this is not a 5 stars hotel more like a 3 stars hotel. It is great location with near by the mosque and foods in front of the hotels but all the restaurants serves the same one. Please eat the one next to the restaurants, it was probably the best one compare to other one.

Staff were friendly especially our server Hussein who was very helpful and assisted our kids with quick service and professionalism. We loved our stay here as it was quiet and safe and we could walk up to the famous Mosques in few minutes. All of the staff was exceptional and caring. The only thing that could have been better was if the TV was working so that it could have occupied the children. To be fair we reached out to the staff only once for this issue and survived without TV :)
