The villa has two floors and is dedicated to the guests. The top floor of the house with separate entrance, which offers two double rooms with a bathroom. Open plan lounge with dining room, kitchen and 28 sqm terrace with view of the nearby country. The villa is approximately 1.8 km from Noto and 5 km from the main beaches. 30 km from the Baroque town of Ortigia / Syracuse and Sites of interest include the nearby baroque town of Modica, Ragusa Ibla, Scicli.
