"A well placed location, across the road from the train station, wetherspoon pub and 5 walk to the centre of Carlisle. Room was clean and had all the facilities The outside of the building from the bedroom was looking a bit run down on my visit but the inside was ok"

"Amazing staff, great location and parking The food is average and the menu is very limited, the room (19) has been updated recently but was right by the the main road and a noisy extract fan on the floor below which came on at 4.15am every morning. Overall it’s a nice big hotel that has been in the process of renovation for the last few years. It would be a much better experience if they could expand the menu and quality of the food."
