"We stayed at this hotel from June 24th through June 29th and were very pleased with our experience. The location was excellent — conveniently situated next to a tube station and bus stops, yet in a relatively quiet area. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Our room was an adequate size for our needs, and housekeeping did a great job providing fresh towels and making the beds each day. Breakfast accommodations were very tasty, with friendly staff providing great service. The only suggestion I would make is to improve the seating situation for breakfast, as it was often crowded and difficult to find available seating in the mornings."

"This was a perfect place to stay for the night. The check in staff was very nice and accommodating. The room I had booked was not ready, so I was offered a free upgrade to a family room which was very nice. The beds were a bit firm, but that’s how I found all the beds in the UK, so idk. Over all a very pleasant stay. "
