"I did not have breakfast because I had to catch the airport shuttle. The beds were nice and comfortable. The room is tiny. Bathroom was very nice. The drains dont drain fast at all. They need to clean their drains. Otherwise, it is close to the airport and great for the price."

"I chose this hotel because the description said that the hotel had shuttle service to and from Heathrow. After I had booked the room, I learned that there was a bus available from every terminal except for Terminal 4, which is where I landed. It was a long and expensive taxi ride to the hotel. The shuttle turned out to be a shared hotel bus that stopped at numerous places on its way back to Heathrow. Thus, the ride back to the airport was a long and tedious one. The hotel itself is lovely with lots of marble and many bars and restaurants. It is a convention hotel and probably not the best choice for a quick overnight stay because it is so big, it is easy to get lost in the vast network of rooms. The room was pretty and clean. The bed and linens were of good quality. There was no coffee service in the room or lobby."

"Great property, staff was amazing. Food selection to order was nice and tasted great. Would NOT recommend the buffet meal plan, food didn't look as good and the selection was small. We preferred to order off the menu. Didn't think the room got cold enough. A/C in most of Europe is a joke, but all other aspects of the property were great!"

"I have stayed a few time before and it's been satisfactory but this time was excellent purely based on the room that I was assigned. I booked the twin room this time for a little extra space and was so nice. The room also had a view of a nice exterior space. My only concern is if I was to book this hotel in winter is if there would be heat. This particular room I had this time didn't have heat so that would be a question to ask if booking in colder months. But otherwise I would definitely book again. Very convient location to the Tube and great restaurants in Earl's Court."
