"Basic but very clean and quiet room, bathroom quite new. Comfy bed. Great value for money. Good to have bar and restaurant on site though there is a Tesco just nearby. Perfect for a night before a flight. Hotel Hoppa bus stops outside to get to the airport."

"Really well-priced and convenient option close to Terminal 4. Breakfast was inedible but I expected that - it was included in our very cheap price so I didn't mind. Hotel is clean. the rooms reasonably spacious and equipped, and there's a pool and spa, even, which is amazing for the price."

"I would have given 5 stars for cleanliness but there was a dirty mug and tissue left on the windowsill, otherwise it was spotless. Lovely bed, large walk-in shower with movable shower head. Bathroom area maybe looking a little tired but with this hotel it’s all about convenience and location to Heathrow and it’s great for that. It’s the second time we’ve stayed this year. Staff are very friendly"

"Access from Terminal 2 Heathrow was easy. Reception staff great. Arrived around noon and room was ready for us. Room was amazingly quiet. No airport sounds or lights to disturb us."

"Rooms are small but very well appointed. Beds are comfortable and there is minimal street noise. The staff is amazing and our housekeeper was perfection. The outdoor patio was quiet and a great place to have a drink. Location is perfect to explore all of London and if you are coming from Heathrow it is a very easy tube ride and short walk to the hotel. We could not have had a better experience. Thank you so much."
