Grocery trip was essential. 3\. Very easy to park (we booked one week with one park parking garage under Arc 1950\. They had our name on a list and told us what level to park on. We then could take the elevator right up to reception. This is fantastic if the weather is unfavorable.) 4\. Complimentary Laundry room ( Bring your own soap. There was 1 Washer / 3 Dryers. Drying strings in both showers) Cons: 1\. The kitchen well appointed with mini appliances. There were a few cooking utensils missing but overall good. (spatula) 2\. 4 teas and 2 coffee pods provided, would have been nice to have more in the room given we were booked for 6 days. 3\. Mid week fresh towels would have been nice. We just used the same towels, but this would have been a nice perk. 4\. The beautiful cave looking pool was in a building at the other end of the village - in a spa. This was not available to us unless you paid for kids / adult entry or had a spa appointment. The hot tub outside reception was not warm and then the net day totally drained and had cover on. We saw no one use the pool. Great access for competent skiers to get straight back to the hotel. The spa was also nice (especially the sauna) after all day on the slopes. But the food was not good. We took the half board option on arrival before realising there was almost nothing vegetarian on the menu (the risotto that claimed to be vegetarian definitely had animal rennet in). We weren't allowed to cancel our half board ("hotel rules"), so we had to pay in full, but ended up eating elsewhere most of the time and felt pretty ripped off. The meals we did have were poor quality. (Congratulations on producing the worst margarita pizza any of us could remember!!) I would enjoy staying again, but would make plans to eat elsewhere. The rooms were spacious, and clean, although the bed was too firm for my personal preference. I was lucky to have a room at the rear, but friends at the front complained of traffic noise. The rooms were very hot and they had to have a window open. Breakfast was excellent and we enjoyed the evening meal here too. The free transfer to the slopes too 2 mins was also well organised and was nearly always waiting for us, when we came off the slopes. I would definitely shortlist this hotel again."
