Welcome to our villa in La Florida, a haven of tranquility in a central location, perfect for families and friends. Enjoy an unforgettable experience with breathtaking mountain and sea views while relaxing in our beautiful villa.   
  
The property has a plot of 350 m² and a house of 180 m² with a main building and an extra flat on the ground floor. The main building includes an ultra-modern black and grey kitchen-dining room with granite worktop and equipped with all necessary appliances, a bright living and dining area, a luxurious master bedroom with dressing room and a private bathroom with bathtub and shower, and two additional elegant bedrooms and a common bathroom with shower. Furthermore, the house features air-conditioning in all bedrooms and in the living room, smart home functions, huge double glazed windows and a huge roof terrace with outdoor kitchen, barbecue station and space for storage and laundry. Furthermore, the property features a separate flat with one bedroom and its own bathroom with shower.   
  
In the outdoor areas, guests can enjoy several terraces, one of them with a fire pit, a swimming pool, a fountain, and a garage with charging parking for electric cars. The location is privileged and well connected, with a bus stop 150 metres away, and within a few minutes' drive of supermarkets, schools, kindergartens, restaurants, shops, pharmacies, marine and mountain activities, an amusement park and several zoos. The south airport is only 10 km away.
