"Wonderful pub. New landlord and staff who are keeping the rooms in a good condition. Well worth a visit. Near to the water park."

"Very enjoyable weekend stay - hosts were very approachable and helped us with suggestions on what to do. The barn is very well equipped and the hot tub was a lovely bonus. We plan to return again next year."

Its location on the lake and nearby Hicks cycle centre make it a great base for outdoor activities too. My son really enjoyed fishing and would have made more use of the lake if the weather had not been so wet !"
