The location was ideal for our young family, being very near the main Juan Les Pains beach, and convenient shops/eateries. Well located for the other attractions of the Cote d'Azur. "I’ve been catfished once in Nice so I was very skeptical bc listing was new. However I was pleasantly surprised on every level. New Constuction with old world bones with an emphasis on design and comfort. Everything is new and modern, beds super comfy, quiet to outside noise and owner /Host has sense of pride. Steam, W/D, cloth steamer and the location is best in the old town right by the market . Few flights of steps for those who may be older. Deborah was a very willing and accommodating host....

"Laure and her team were so kind and easy to work with. The home is quite large, kitchen had everything we needed to make a meal for our family. Close by grocery stores, shops, restaurants and a 1 min walk from the train. You can see the ocean and the alps from the balconies! 15 min walk to old town. Highly recommend. "

"Personnel fort agréable, j'avais oublié mon chargeur de téléphone. Le responsable de l'hôtel m'a directement prêté le sien pour la nuit. Chambre pratique simple, moderne comme la SDB. Si, je dois m'arrêter encore à Cannes. Je retournerai à cet hôtel les yeux fermés."
