"We loved our stay at Heiss. The staff were friendly and helpful. The property itself is beautiful and well maintained. Pool was great too! We had a balcony room and the room itself it’s a little small but it’s manageable. Hotel its in a convenient location in Poblado. Breakfast was good. We didn’t had any complaints or negatives about our stay. Highly recommended."

"En sentido general el hotel y el personal estuvieron muy bien. Si embargo, hay cosas que pueden mejorar: 1. A veces en la limpieza de la habitación no colocan la cantidad suficiente de toallas o papel higiénico necesario para la cantidad de huéspedes 2. No hay plancha en la habitación 3. Tampoco hay secador de pelo 4. El baño no tiene extractor El personal de recepción es muy atento y educado. Me encantó su atención"
