This is a really nice hotel. Location is great, the terrace with a small pool has a beautiful view of the San Pedro Claver church, the staff is very welcoming. There are different options for breakfast and they bring it to your room always on time. They even upgraded our room the second night for the rest of our stay. Highly recommended!

What really made my experience outstanding, however, was the service. Every staff member went above and beyond, but I want to especially recognize Alexy Ruiz one of the managers. His professionalism, attentiveness, and genuine care made all the difference in my stay. He was always ready to assist with a smile, making me feel like a valued guest rather than just a visitor. The food was delicious, the pool was a favorite for our family, and the entire atmosphere was relaxing and welcoming. I cannot thank the team enough for making my stay so memorable. I highly recommend Hotel Caribe by Faranda Grand for anyone looking for a perfect mix of comfort, service, and hospitality. I will definitely be returning!
