"Booking is made on Expedia, but the you complete the registration on another site. Shower is built into a very small closet. Toilet is on the other side - in another closet. You have to straddle the toilet to use a hand basin that barely fits my hands and it's not possible to wash your face in it without splashing water all over the floor. Entrance way through to the room is in shockingly poor condition. Not the welcome one would hope to see. I would not recommend this room."

"If I could rate this place a 0 I would . Took a chance on a place with no reviews and quickly found out why . On arrival stains on the bed and towels . Chewed up chewing gum on the side of the bed . Unclean kitchen . And cheap appliances . When I complained no response . I booked for a 3 night stay . "Fantastic trip recently with a catchup with a groups of friends and family. We found the staff to be highly accommodating of such a large group and were child friendly. The waitress we had a tye time was also fantastic at our evening meal. We will definitely be returning for our annual catchups here!!!!"

"Our suite with city view was great and air-conditioning worked well. Hotel clean and left us a bottle of fizz, chocolate and a card for our anniversary which was very sweet. Only complaint was breakfast. Tbh it was poor, sausage and bacon hard and everything cold including the coffee. Disappointed as wasn't cheap. Save paying for brekkie and go to whetherdpoons lol! Other than that was great with very accommodating staff."
