"We had a really lovely stay, the hotel is so nice, as soon as you enter you are welcomed by a lovely scent. Our room was fabulous, room 207 right on the corner overlooking the River Clyde. The location is perfect if you are planning to explore Glasgow and also if you plan to visit the O2 Academy. Any staff we encountered from reception to breakfast were all very friendly, we would highly recommend."

"Good location - easy walk to the loch and a restaurant next door. Room felt a bit dated and shabby - there were no luggage racks, the window wouldn’t open, the main light didn’t work. Staff were efficient and friendly. Fine for one night. Note: you need to put your room key in a wall slot to get electricity in the room."

"There's no other words for it than EXCELLENT wonderful room fantastic big comfy bed nice big clean shower breakfast was lovely and the view from our suit room was amazing would recommend spending a little more on your room and get a suit you won't regret it EXCELLENT in every way"
