The property was very suitable for our family of two adults and two teenagers. Had a lovely two nights stay in the Kestrel cottage. Scenery from the cottage was very bonnie and the cows next to the cottage were a nice surprice in the morning. For a Finnish lass the quietness of the place and the fireplace was just what I needed from a wee weekend holiday.

We were just lucky to have found Finnich Cottages. Apparently it is booked year to year by some customers and I can see why. The property is so beautiful, I recommend spending at least a week there so you can explore the area properly. We only had a few nights but we will be back and will stay longer ...

We found the cottage to be cozy and centrally located. Ok, so the stairs creaked ever time you went up or down but it’s a little old cottage so that just added to the atmosphere. nice to be in midel of no where so quite at night not a sound in the morning u can only hear the sheeps sound

Stayed for a few days while working nearby...very clean and well presented accommodation, perhaps a little basic for the price which surprised me...had everything I needed though!
