"Breakfast could start earlier. More signs around the premises of where the hotel facilities are located. The sewage/draining system is very loud, you can hear other guests flushing their toilets. Everything else is good."

"This is undoubtedly one of the best hotels we have stayed in. The room was very comfortable and impeccably clean. The food was the best we have ever had in any hotel. The pools and pool beds were amazing, with a choice of a quiet pool and the music one with its own DJ. But what for me makes it the best was the staff. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming, from the reception, to the restaurant staff, to the bar and pool staff. They made as feel special from day one. The service compared to the best cruises without the sway of the waves! We will certainly repeat and recommend this hotel to family and friends!"

Food - Amazing, Staff - Awesome, Entertainment - Brilliant, Beach - Fantastic, Surrounding area - Walkable, safe and clean, Location - Perfect. "Every single staff member were so polite, happy & friendly especially the staff at breakfast, our children loved them. The hotel was spotless, daily towel changes too. The pool area, along with the bar & games area were brilliant. We loved our morning pool family stretches with Francesco. The buffet breakfast was probably the best we've ever had. Great location too, 10 min walk to beach & 10 min walk to waterpark and a supermarket opposite. Would definitely recommend."

The food was excellent — fresh, varied, and delicious at every meal. What truly stood out was the staff — warm, welcoming, and always happy to help. They really made us feel at home. Parking was also a breeze, with plenty of spaces available, which made getting around the island even easier. Highly recommend this hotel for families, couples, or anyone looking for a relaxing, fun-filled vacation in Alcúdia! "
