Loved this hotel. We had a standard room which was up in the 'attic'; modern, clean and contemporary with a huge bed and very large bathroom with separate walk-in shower. We even had a view of the harbour through the skylight windows. The decor had a nautical edge to it and though neutral had a romantic and homely feel. One of the best hotel experiences. Staff was extremely friendly. Location is nice, but renting a car was good idea as it is not very close to town but it’s not too far either. There is a superstore right in front of the hotel. Europcar rental office is also at a walking distance. Room with partial sea view was good. Pool was extremely clean thoroughly enjoyed swimming as there was no overwhelming bleach or chemical smell. Direct access to beach. Beach was shallow, perfect for kids. Only downside...

We have just returned from a week staying at the Albufera Playa hotel. We were pleased with every single aspect of our visit. The staff were so friendly and helpful, and the rooms were cleaned beautifully each day. The location of the hotel is excellent - right on the beach, in a nice quiet resort, which was perfect for us. The position of the hotel is perfect for everyone, swimming pool, garden, sea front, all close to various restaurants and cafes, along with the tram stop outside the hotel.Taxi ranks nearby give you the choice of travelling around. Being a keen walker I was delighted to have a variety of nearby areas to indulge my interest. Transport to places further afield was no problem due to the various methods of travel. I found the quality of food to be of high standard in the many good restaurants/cafes....
