We always stay here when in Southport which is quite often. Its friendly and a good service and nice rooms. We thought the kettle was broke (our silly faults) so while waiting for the maintenance guy a lovely lady brought ys large pots of tea and coffee to our room plus biscuits. The maintenance man appeared 10 mins later who was very friendly and smiley and explained we need the door fob in first. Brilliat place to stay x

The Vincent was perfect for our short out of season break in Southport. Good location in the centre of town & a beautifully appointed hotel with smart modern fixtures & fittings in our room & throughout. We found all the staff to be very friendly & helpful with a good sense of humour. We have just enjoyed a lovely stay. Room 101 was spacious and comfortable, with splendid views from the big bay window. We were due to dine out but when we saw the menu for the restaurant, Coast, we chose to eat in, an excellent decision because our dinner was delicious! Renovated in the past couple of years the property was in good nick. Nice decking out front looking towards the sea to sit on. The room we had was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. Nice roomy shower with decent water pressure. Breakfast was excellent value god money and very tasty. Only bit of criticism is lack of parking space if the hotel is busy.

Stayed in the Victoria Suite overlooking the front. Large room, huge bathroom, everything spotless. Great shower, comfortable bed and good wifi in the room. Supplied with tea, coffee, biscuits and bottled water. Great breakfast and food in the bar in the evening was good. Staff really friendly. Absolutely no complaints at all will definitely stay again when in the area

Great hotel.

Staff were very helpful when my wife took ill and had to go to hospital. She was helped into the Ambulance by a kind member of your reception staff,and looked after before taking to hospital. Also your hotel had a good welcome for me and my children on are stay. Checking in and out was no problem at all. And I am would highly recommend to friends and family to stay at your hotel. Lovely room with a view ,hotel staff friendly and helpful. Clean and comfortable.

Excellent standard of hotel. Really liked the room, dinner, breakfast, atmosphere. The only minor negatives were the amount of listed TV channels which didn't work, no radio stations and our AC didn't seem to function although we didn't mention it to staff. Thoroughly recommend.

Excellent hotel the staff are amazing

We had such a relaxing time. Just what was needed before heading back to work next week. The Aqua thermal journey was amazing- a whole two hours with no phone, no conversation just me and my thoughts. Bliss! The food was delicious and the staff were just lovely, so welcoming and friendly. Our room was beautiful and so comfortable. We paid for this with our Tesco Clubcard voucher so our whole stay cost £79 for dinner bed and breakfast for 2 nights.

Had a lovely stay, nice and quiet, good location and a car park next door. We will definitely stay again the rooms are huge and a great shower.

Hotel public areas well laid out with nice comfortable seating, check in was prompt and easy. Room was well laid out, lovely spacious bathroom with a good sized walk in shower. Comfortable L shape sofa and a large tv and you can plug in your firestick if you want to watch your favourite tv shows. Straightforward check in, Very nice room with functional layout. I liked the room because it was very quiet and the bed was comfortable. The TV is slightly ‘too’ smart and seems to feel the need to switch itself on in the middle of the night. This could do with sorting out.

Wonderful friendly hotel in an idyllic setting. I wonder why I have never heard of Lytham. It's the best kept town that I have ever seen, anywhere in the world - OK, maybe on a par with Kyoto in Japan!
