"There are some major caveats to this, but the place was mostly worth what we paid for. The biggest exception to this, was that there was no AC, and that should have been made more clear in the listing. This fact could have been remedied with fans, but the space had only one working fan, and even then it was not very good (keep in mind this is for two rooms and a living room).
