Located in the Heart of the Adeje Coast (Playa de las Américas). Beautiful apartment with an exclusive design furnished in a modern style with first-class materials, right on the beachfront.

The apartment has a spacious living room with a dining table (seating for six people) and a fully equipped open kitchen (dishes, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, fridge/freezer...), comfortable sofa bed and Smart TV with ultrafast fiber.

Two large bedrooms with double beds, SMART TV and full bathrooms with showers in both. One of them has views of the beach and the other has views of an open patio.

The apartment also has a washing machine and FREE WIFI available to guests.

The space is designed for groups of workers/teleworking (SMARTWORKING) or large families and groups of friends.

The complex has an elevator. It does not have parking. It doesn't have a pool.

Warning: Being on the first line and close to all services there is a possibility of noise.

There are some major caveats to this, but the place was mostly worth what we paid for. The biggest exception to this, was that there was no AC, and that should have been made more clear in the listing. This fact could have been remedied with fans, but the space had only one working fan, and even then it was not very good (keep in mind this is for two rooms and a living room). The location is clearly meant for tourists, which has positives and negatives; not far from many places to eat and go out, but many lowlifes.Overall, probably wouldn’t recommend staying here unless you’re broke and willing to be incredibly uncomfortable in the heat.

La posizione dell’appartamento era davvero buona, ottima vista e facile muoversi a piedi. Lo staff è stato molto cordiale e disponibile, e non è da sottovalutare!!Peccato per qualche difettuccio dell’appartamento, ma per il rapporto qualità prezzo ci tornerei sicuramente!
