"Perfect location for an event we attended in The Grand .. lovely hotel only one thing spoilt it which was the smell of smoke near the reception area as you enter the building "

"Fab weekend would recommend ,room great pool facilities tried it all outdoor pool indoor pool jaccusi steam room sauna and hot tub tried the all."

"Our stay was fabulous. Its an amazing place with amazing staff and food. Beds and rooms we're immaculate. The only thing that stopped me from giving it a 5 star was the dogs barking late at night. Don't know of they were inside or out or both but it was on going for quite a while. Will be back though "

"Breakfast was gone when we got down at 9.35 very disappointed with the lack of choice and quality of the food as there was 14 + people share out what was left a real shame to a nice stay "

"Staff seemed to struggle to maintain breakfast service , coffee machine broken for too long a period, room had a hillock on window that had unbelievably been screwed locked!!!!!!!!just generally a hotel that offers much but could bo more. Tired looking and in need of some TLC."
