"Brilliant Accommodation, this place has the perfect balance of value for money and quality of the accommodation. It is fresh and clean, with modern, smart decor. Lovely comfy beds and plump pillows, The bathroom was lovely and clean, again with a simple modern look, the only criticism I could say would be that the room I had could of benefitted from a new shower head and also the bracket wouldn't hold the head in position for long before it would drop down. The manager Dave is a credit to the hospitality industry, he is friendly and approachable, and has worked hard to turn this hotel around, and is still hard at it making constant improvements."

"The hotel was great, and the hot tub in the room was perfect. We stayed at a time when the outdoor spa was being renovated so the indoor spa was full, but the hot tub in our room made up for it completely. It would have been a shame otherwise. The room was very high quality."

"The room was clean with just the basics. There is a need to remind guests how to utilize the room. We were given two keys (card) but was unable to use the TV or the electrical outlets. Even after informing the front desk, they took it for granted that something was wrong with the electricity. Eventually it was discovered that a card had to be placed in the receptacle near the doorway to activate the outlets. Apart from that minor inconvenience our stay was enjoyable. Oh breakfast was fantastic."

"The room was very clean and spacious the staff were very nice loved the food and the entertainment was excellent we even played bingo and met some lovely people the tram was right outside the hotel to take you to Blackpool town centre we will be booking again soon"
