"Welcoming and helpful staff, nice rooms and a good breakfast."

"We took my 85 year old father in law I emailed the hotel before hand to request we be put as near to him as possible, when we arrived the staff only new about the one room, till I told her They put him in a family room on the fourth floor and myself and husband on the first floor, but we swapped rooms with him, because the room had two high steps which he would have found difficult , They didn't seem at all concerned To are dismay only one room had a phone in it, so we was unable to contact him if needed"

"Hotel was good. It was the pigeons that never stopped making noise all night directly outside our window we couldn’t sleep. Shower also didn’t work and had a load of silicon back up to the top of the mixer taps on the bath indicating there were issues with shower"

"Look, it’s completely run down in the rooms but it’s convenient, the entertainment was good, nice bar and has a swimming pool. I paid £35 for a night, you can stay absolutely NOWHERE for that price. My room was clean just outdated. No hairs or anything. The mattress was hard. People moan when paying this price is crazy"

"Breakfast was terrible. No cups,cutlery and no food left. Total rubbish.If it’s included in the cost it’s ok.Do not pay extra for it There is a Mcds and a service station attached with plenty of reasonable eateries."

"Long wait to check in only one receptionist . This is an old hotel that is trying to survive on the bare minimum..would not recommend it. It is a dump. I was overcharged $900 for one night still trying to get it back."
