"Very nice, modern hotel, very gd breakfast, inexpensive daily lunch 1-4pm! we were group of 3, liked it very much, next to tram stn, thus easy to go in minutes to city. 2 issues, cushions too many and too big, there should be a smaller flatter one second we forgot at check out to mention we had a small 2$ chocolate bar from room, also check out did not ask if we had anything; in total the 3 of us spent well over 2000 US$ in 7 days there, the hotel wrote us to pay the 2US$ bar... even though we left 10 US$ on room desk....Please management avoid such micro micro issues to excellent guests..."

"I had a wonderful experience staying at Leo Apartments. The location is perfect — close to everything yet still quiet and comfortable. The apartment itself was very clean, modern, and beautifully maintained. The check-in process was smooth and easy, and the staff was helpful and responsive whenever needed. Everything was exactly as described, which I really appreciated. It felt safe, well-organized, and perfect for both short and longer stays. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Kraków."
