My room was excellent — very clean, comfortable, and with a fresh new-style interior that made the stay even more enjoyable. We also used the underground parking, which was very convenient, secure, and well organised. Overall, everything was great and I would happily stay there again."

"Couldn't check in they sent us to another property. They didn't cover the taxi drive which dropped us off 2 blocks away. As 70 year olds not an easy trek to lug suitcases across cobblestone streets and steps. Also the hotel they sent us to, hotel experion, had much nicer staff but they tried to put us in a room that was not what we booked thru hotel.com. They gave us another room that was noisy and then had no water because of a flood in another floor. It was very exhausting and inconvenient!"

"I was really impressed by this hotel. The location for us was extremely convenient. It was only a fifteen minute walk into the Old Town. The rooms were very comfortable and luxurious and the communal areas were superb. The breakfast was mainly waiter service and the choice of food was delicious. The coffee and hot chocolate equally as delicious. The staff were friendly and polite. "

"Wonderful apartment with easy walking distance to Old Town. If you are not a walker there are also many buses to get you there. The room was very spacious with a mini kitchen that has the essentials you need. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom super clean. Unfortunately there is no air conditioning but they do have a fan in the room. Overall a great stay! "
