"Good hotel, right near the tram line. Helpful staff.
No kitchen facilities in the room (not even a cup, cutlery, a kettle), had to go to a kitchen on a different floor. "
"The cleanliness in the room was shocking. Primarily the bed linen, they use grey fluffy blankets as a mattress protector. There was black fluff, bits of crisps, stained linen, brown marks on the blankets.
It smelt like damp in the whole room. The walls are paper thin, you can hear everything from next door and hallways.
Never again ! "
"Nice apartment with everything you need for a city break. Excellent on site basement wine bar and restaurant - breakfast was great with a nice choice to suit all tastes. Handy location for the tram and only a short walk to the main square. "
"Please!!!!!!! Don’t stay in this place or any apartments they have. Don’t waste money and time. There are many places much better for a little more money. I had to leave the apartment that I rent from them because the pillows, sheets, sofa bed, everything had a very bad smell. I had to look for another place and spend more money, and they promise a refund that I’ve never got. Stay away for their properties Lorf hostel or any apartments that they offer. SCAMMERS SCAMMERS SCAMMES!!!!!!!!!!!!!"
"We arrived late as hotel was expecting us late. Was informed someone would be on desk( was actually just security). We entered our room with code that was emailed the day before. Someone was sleeping in that room. Went to reception and security couldn’t help (no English) and was told to come back next day. We had booked the hotel for 4 nights. Was eventually given another room 45 minutes later after he contacted someone. Didn’t feel reassured that our room would be safe. Reported how cold it was...
