"Well located (15 minute walk to the baths, and on several bus lines). Nice property, excellent breakfast. Our only issue was that our room (top floor) had a sloping ceiling that you have to be careful of to avoid bumping your head and which effectively reduces the useful space in the room."

The location is incredibly convenient, sitting just opposite Gyllyngvase Beach for instant seaside access, while still being a reasonable distance walk right into the town centre and harbour.
