"I saw the ad in the elevator for unlimited wings for 689thb everyday from 1500-1900. I went to the poolside for it. I waited for a full one hour before they told me they needed another half hour to bring me the wings. The time I went in was 1630. I left at 1850, because I had a dinner to go to. So for two hours, I waited for 8 chicken wings and that was it. Terrible service. If you cannot deliver then do not advertise!"

"The hotel is centrally located, right near public transportation and great shopping in walking distance. The room has a washer/dryer and full size fridge + microwave, excellent blackout shades and the rooms seemed pretty noise-proof, contributing to a good night’s sleep even with jet lag. The staff are super helpful. I debated staying in this hotel, among several choices, and am totally satisfied with that choice. Thank you to all the staff members (concierge, doormen, room cleaner(s) and wonderful front desk."

"The hotel was beautiful and in a great location. The BTS is a five minute walk. The pool area is nice, but the rooftop bar is excellent. It's Thailand so the staff are amazing, always pleasant and helpful."

"Was a lovely stay! Room was nice and spacious. Only down side was the spa and fitness center was closed our whole stay. Would have been good to know prior. Other than that was super happy with everything they had to offer. Views were amazing. Transportation was easy to access. Food was stellar. Can’t recommend more, excited to go back when the spa and fitness is finished with renovations."
