This is a fantastic hotel, in an idyllic location. Everything about Goldsborough is of the highest quality, with great attention to detail .Our room was exceptional and the cleanliness was the best I have seen so far. Had a lovely weekend here. This hotel was perfect. Nice and quiet but lively enough to provide a pleasant ambiance without ever being noisy or overbearing. Staff throughout were lovely and the food is very good. Would highly recommend if you are looking for somewhere to get away and relax.

We had a lovely welcome on our arrival last Friday. We were very impressed by our room (3) which had a very high standard of decoration. Our room (superior double) had a lovely king- sized bed as well as a very comfortable large sofa. The ensuite bathroom was well thought out with thick towels and a vanity unit with a fantastic mirror. The owners have done everything they can to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Lovely junior garden room with a very nice view! Very cosy and dog friendly! Super food served and the staff especially Jane & Lauren were so lovely and gave super service! Would highly recommend staying or dining here!

What a find. Super rural location, friendly and helpful staff. The rooms were spotless with loads of little special extras. The breakfast and the bistro style food was superb. We had a brilliant stay here and we would not hesitate to recommend it to family and friends.

Having read all the reviews my friend and I were so excited to be staying for two nights. We thought we would try somewhere different to our favorite place at Bolton Abbey and went with high expectations. Absolutely top class in EVERY respect. Outstanding friendly, helpful, but also kind staff, a real team feel and a team who are clearly happy and proud to work there. Great to have air con in the dining room and also to have options to sit out in the fantastic weather to eat and drink....
