Brilliant hotel with excellent staff and facilities.The staff are excellent, kind, courteous, helpful, they cannot do enough for you. All the staff speak English with great charm and they make the hotel a pleasure to stay at. The room was spacious, well equipped and spotless. Excellent housekeeping staff. The hotel is in an excellent location with all amenities within easy reach. Restaurants are all excellent and the cuisine of a very high calibre. Could not have been better looked after....

The Peninsula never fails. Truly magical stay. The room was spacious cosy beautifully decorated. Loved the spacious bathroom with jack and Jill sinks. Plenty of storage space. We were met by Cherene from front desk. Cherene was polite and friendly, very knowledgeable about our booking and had arranged everything to make our stay fantastic. The location is absolutely fantastic, right in the heart of the city with easy access to major attractions, restaurants, and public transportation. This is an amazing hotel where all rooms have ocean views. We had a twin room which was extremely spacious and came with a fridge, kettle, coffee machine and air conditioning, We found the free shuttle bus to and from the nearest metro station really helpful as it would have been too far to walk. The infinity pool was wonderful too and Staff were very helpful. We will definitely come back to the Fullerton.

What a fabulous hotel - we had a club city / sea view. The hotel room was incredibly clean and the staff were very attentive. I would totally recommend this hotel to friends & family. On paper the only downside would be there is no MTR station nearby, in reality we caught a taxi from Kowloon Station which cost approximately 60 HKD. I know the hotel has a shuttle bus service but it’s only to the Kowloon line which goes in to China, it would be nice if that service was extended to Kowloon so...

We have visited JW MARRIOTT HK to celebrate our return to Hong Kong after 20 years and at the same time celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary . We had an amazing welcome by Patrick who kindly notified us that we will have a little surprise in our room .
