"I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The views from my room were one of the best I've seen in Florence - breathtaking! The staff was incredibly accommodating, and when I mentioned that the airflow in our room was a bit still, they promptly delivered a fan to our room upon my return. The rooftop bar was another highlight - not only did it have an amazing view, but the staff were attentive and knowledgeable about their creative drink recommendations. And speaking of attentive service, the restaurant at the hotel really stood out. We were initially seated outside, but when it started to drizzle, the server kindly offered to move us inside for dinner, which we happily accepted. One of the best things about this hotel is its location - it's just a short walk from the primary train station in Florence, Santa Maria Novella. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great place to stay in Florence."

"Fantastic room, comfortable bed, amazing shower. A warm welcome from the start. The rooftop is a definite wow factor. Great views, drinks and food. Heaps of different spots around to relax. We also used the restaurant which was good and ate breakfast there every day. The breakfast is the best I’ve ever had. Great selection and good coffee machines. We used the laundry twice and were able to wash,dry and iron our clothes for free!! Love the social hub. It will always be my first choice when visiting a different city. "

The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of Florence, just a short walk from the Duomo, Uffizi, Palazzo Vecchio, and some of the city’s most elegant shops and restaurants. It made exploring the city effortless. The hotel itself was immaculately clean, stylish, and thoughtfully designed. Every detail felt intentional. What truly set it apart, though, was the service. Gemma was exceptional - warm, attentive, and genuinely kind. She went above and beyond to make us feel at home. We’re already looking forward to our next stay. "Absolutely fantastic staff, simply brilliant! Silly Italian police came to the room to tell me off for sitting on the balcony but that was not the hotels fault! The staff, the room, the bed, the shower and the cleanliness were all absolutely 100%. Thank you for a great stay!!"
