"Enjoyed the spacious room and roof top pool accommodations. The room did have a few items missing upon inspection. There was a tea kettle for use but no tea cups or mugs. There were large bath towels in the bathroom but no face or hand towels for use. Overall, the staff was friendly during check in but we did notice a reluctance to provide information regarding food options as the restaurants on site did not open until 6PM at the earliest."

"The breakfast service staff (roti prata man) shld be fired - poor service staff, seems unhappy to serve & utterly rude. 1 man can bring down standard for all the others who were pleasantly helpful. The construction piling (understand it is short term) made it the room closes to it untenable. "

There are stoves, oven and some plates. However there is no microwave, blender, dishwasher or some extra pot or pans. There was some kind of unpleasant smell in the washer area. "

Located in Chinatown, it’s close to KLCC, and in Chinatown you can find amazing street food, bars, restaurants and more. If you want to get a good feel of KL, I would recommend starting here. "

"Staff members were most friendly and offered advice on where to go. The hotel has its own convenience store inside and the outdoor pool was clean and well maintained. There was a short cut from the main entrance to the Pavilion mall over the bridge and an easy 5min walking distance to the towers. Overall very happy with the facility and location. "
