"We were put in an accessible room which wasnt great (and didnt seem that accessible if you really needed it). But all the staff at reception and in the restaurant were really friendly and helpful. Sadly didnt get the chance to use the spa etc. "

Very welcoming, staff were warm & helpful, room was comfortable, clean and had nice little extras like biscuits with the tea and coffee. Had a great nights sleep on the comfy bed, no disturbances. Would highly recommend. "

"The bedroom, breakfast options and morning staff were excellent. I really wanted to be able to give this property a positive review. However, after the room was cleaned on the second night, our bedroom door was left open and consequently not secure. There was no additional security between the bar and the bedroom so anybody could have just walked in. What made this worse was the attitude of the gentleman behind the bar who I spoke to about this. He was very dismissive and didn’t seem to think...

"Upon arrival, the gentleman on reception was very kind and helpful. He checked us in very quickly and gave us an option for breakfast in the morning but wasnt too pushy into buying breakfast, he was more than happy to locate the nearby Wetherspoons. The reception area was clean light. Once we arrived at our room (number 21), we were pleased with the cleanliness and the amount of room we had. The windows opened and closed freely. There were a couple of points about the room on a negative note,...

"Fantastic building! Perfect location. Staff are so friendly and helpful. Just some rooms are in need of a little TLC so it depends which of the rooms you stay in. The room we stayed in just needed updating but the bed was so comfortable and a very good night sleep was had!! "
