"Pretty good all round the only thing I would say is that my room for whatever reason always has the smell of cigarettes and burning or something. It might just have been that was close to where people used to smoke cigarettes so that was the only unpleasant and the shower cubic was teeny tiny."

"Everything was good except for the complete lack of air conditioning in the room. The room was a sauna and there was not the options to regulate the temperature from your own thermostat. It was dine by the horel/ city. I had 26 degrees in the room. Not good at all"

"The staff were helpful- assisted in getting transportation for places we wanted to go. The concierge gave good directions and tips about the city. The breakfast was amazing. The Roof (top) restaurant has a great wonderful view of the city. "

"We enjoyed staying here for two nights. Very friendly staff, close to Central Station, good food at restaurant, and feel very secure staying here. One tricky thing is front door is always locked and you need to be unlock the door by front desk staff. They will unlock the door for you from front desk just need to get their attention, they usually keep eye on who is coming in. SPA is beautifully set, you gonna need reservation with front desk for the usages of it. They will give you 45...
