"Good hotel for location, the staff are lovely and cannot help enough. Breakfast buffet is vast and good value. The bar staff are lovely and drinks are very reasonably priced. We had our room upgraded for free to a terrace room which was lovely but you can’t open the door really as the trams are so noisy until the early hours and other hotel guests smoke on their balconies so your room ends up stinking. So if you are considering paying extra, I wouldn’t bother. "

"An art lovers paradise! This place was like staying in an art museum! My room was very spacious, with gorgeous Instagramable views of the Galleria! The lady at reception, gave us some really great options of place to go, & eat in the area! I wish they had a full length mirror in my room somewhere. Also, was no iron in the room, so I contacted reception through WhatsApp and in 5 mins… someone was knocking on my door. One of our rooms didn't drain the shower water properly and it would have been better to have air vents in the bathroom toilet room for ventilation.
