"traveled with family nice place, no microwave or hot water in suite kinda sucks. easy to walk to places but hard to get out in the morning if not familiar with the streets or area, could be confusing. I thought I had paid for all services via expedia minus parking but to my surprise, I got a "destination charge of $30 USD" on check out, must have miss that fine print somewhere. kinda a bummer as I wasnt expecting that and none of my other hotels I booked for my trip had such charge."

"Great hotel situated in Downtown LA great for being close to public transport to travel around LA and see the sights. Also very cool that so many films have used the hotel as a location Lifts are on the outside so if you are scared of heights probably not for you. Staff were great "

"The hotel lobby is modern, but when you ge to the rooms they can use some upgrades to match. The bed was very comfortable which was very important because I was there to unplug. The dining options were expensive. I found myself leaving the property to eat. "

"We were in room# 1225 the tub drain wasn’t draining while the shower was running the tub filled up with water during the shower. Other than that our stay was pretty good. Thank you. "

"The personal at the 24 hrs cafe is not very friendly. The rest always acknowledge you when you pass by and some even hold the door for you. No room service, somehow inconvenient and room cleaning every third day?"

"The Godfrey was super nice for a quick trip to LA. The staff was super hospitable and the facilities was clean and current. The beds swallowed me up and the showers had the right temperature and right pressure. The rooms a little small but had spots for all of my belongings. Also I loved how prompt valet was, when we called the car was ready before us. I would definitely come back. The Cons: you definitely can hear the music from the rooftop and the bottom floor, but I was so tired I couldn’t...
