"Overall ok stay here, the hotel itself is nice and the grounds are lovely with the water. The room I stayed in could do with a refresh, particularly in the bathroom, cracked sink for example. "All in all a lovely hotel with clean room, although no phone to reach out to reception. Staff very helpful and informative. Spa good but having to pay £10 as a resident was a bit of a liberty. Biggest disappointments were the main restaurant being closed off and instead we had to use the inferior small bar area to which all tables had been reserved and the main menu which didn’t have much of a choice with a high price ! Overall though I would stay again but maybe eat out within the town of Llangollen"
