"We cannot praise the staff at this hotel highly enough. From the front desk to breakfast staff to the room attendants. All were welcoming, polite and so friendly. The location is great, it’s an easy walk to train and we had a lot of luggage and an easy walk into town. We would highly recommend staying at this wonderful hotel."

"The hotel is beautiful, and the communal areas are luxurious. Breakfast was delicious and a great selection. Comfy bed and nice spacious shower. My only disappointment was the room I was allocated compared to other rooms of similar prices I saw. I was in room 227, end of a corridor, it was small, no easy chair in the room so had to sit on the bed to watch TV. Having the fridge, safe and tea / coffee tray all stored in the wardrobe was odd, but then the room wasn't large enough to have them anywhere else I was there for a wedding weekend therefore did not feel comfortable comparing my room to other people's but after the event felt quite put out for what I paid. 🙁 It wouldn't stop me from staying again however I would be mindful of what kind of a room I was paying for."
