"This was my second time staying at this hotel for a convention. The lobby, ba,r and restaurant were perfectly fine. The staff was fantastic as always, including and especially the housekeepers. I skipped breakfast this time because during my previous day, I was not impressed with the breakfast. The eggs basically look like they came from a powder. And the coffee was subpar. However, these are simply the opinions of one individual. My room was well appointed, included a little refrigerator, and iron and ironing board, and was perfectly spacious for a single individual. The windows were well insulated. However, there was a lot of noise coming from the hallway. Unfortunately, there’s not a whole lot that can be done about this. Overall, I’m more than satisfied with this hotel. "

"Great airport option easily and cheaply accessed by local bus 423 from T5 or U3 from T2 & T3. Spacious room with fridge, kettle, chairs, soundproofing, very nice toiletries. Climbing in and out of the bath is not suitable for everyone, nor is having to remake the beds as the duvets were tucked in too tightly and the sheets were too small for the mattresses. Strange for an international airport hotel only to have UK Freeview TV channels...and I was disappointed that the bedside clock radio did not pick up any stations at all. Very tasty breakfast selection in nice surroundings. "

"My new go-to when flying out of Heathrow. Stayed a couple of times here but stayed in other hotels in the area many times. This is the one I will choose in the future. "

"Room was clean, although we found an empty water bottle under the bedside cabinet. Had to ask for decaf tea, and decaf coffee was delivered. The gym has a limited range of equipment, disappointed in the floor exercise space, which is a single mat in a converted cupboard. Two key disappointments, firstly the absence of any guest information in the room or via the TV. Everything was guess work. Second, the misleading information from reception staff about airport transfers, it was only on talking to the third staff member that we finally understood, and we are English so impossible for non English speaking guests. Be careful of We Know London, their preferred transportation company as per the screens in reception. Learn from our poor and expensive experience and book direct. Book dinner early, it books up fast, reasonable bar menu, we went to the Green King pub over the road, busy, reasonable cost. Great breakfast choices, and yes you can book in advance, challenge reception when they tell you to book day by day. "The staff were very welcoming and polite. There is ample parking. We stayed in a suite which was spacious, clean and had good amenities. There is a good sized swimming pool which has allocated children hours. There was a good selection at breakfast and you can also order off a menu too. The restaurant also provided a good selection for dinner. The hotel is in a good location and a short uber ride from Oxford city centre. "
