This hotel is a real gem. The staff were wonderful and could not be more hopeful. Would certainly recommend Hotel Moresco to anyone wanting to visit Venice and it was so conveniently located for all the sights.

Hotel Reiter is a great hotel, it’s very clean and the staff are really helpful and friendly and go out of their way to help. It’s very close to the beach and there is cycle hire available a few doors down, great for exploring the lido. There is also a discount in the hotel bar/restaurant available for guests. Villa Ines was a real hidden gem. In a quiet area within 5 minutes walk of the ferry port, so that you can easily explore any part of Venice. A beautiful building, inside and out. Delicious breakfast, you can eat inside, or in the superbly landscaped garden. The owner and all staff were very helpful and a pleasure to talk to - in multiple languages! Would stay again and recommend! Very tempted by the cooking classes should I return to Venice.

I booked this hotel for an Easter break with my wife and 15 year old son mainly because it looked nice and it was a good distance from the centre of Venice. The hotel is situated on the Island of Lido which is about a 20 minute boat taxi journey to St Marks Square (but you can get off earlier after about 7 minutes onto the island of Venice itself and walk to St Marks Square). Our first time in Venice, and we found this hotel was ideal, situated across the road from the water transport hub. The room was clean and comfortable, overlooking the lagoon. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast food was of good quality, and the hotel was clean throughout.

Lovely hotel, really friendly staff who showed us where everything was, which water bus to get etc. Close to what is a lovely seaside style resort so restaurants, ice cream, beach etc. within 10 minutes walk. Only minus is that the bedroom was very hot at night so difficult to sleep.

It is a lovely traditional hotel, very clean and full of character. Staff is very friendly and helpful. The hotel is very conveniently located near main street and everything is within a walking distance. We thoroughly enjoyed staying in the hotel, definitely would choose it again.

Comfortable room, very friendly and helpful staff. Excellent breakfast. It would have been difficult to find had I not watched the Limelight Arts Travel Hotel Codega video on YouTube. It gives excellent directions from the Rialto Alilaguna stop.

Very good property on the banks of one of the canals. Easy to get to from the airport (via water taxi). Staff all very friendly and welcoming. Room was spacious and comfortable. Inclusive breakfast was tasty and plentiful. Great location to walk around Venice and get to the train station to leave.

Beautiful hotel & it's in a great location for Rialto Bridge & St Mark's Square so we would highly recommend. There is a free shuttle bus/water taxi from hotel pier that takes you to Murano where you are shown how they make the Murano glass. You are then shown round a very beautiful but expensive showroom. Amazing hotel! This place really deserves 5 stars! The staff is on point with their service, super friendly and helpful. The location is great as well, 5 min walk to San Marco plaza and 10 min walk to Rialto bridge. It’s also 2 min walk to Sta Maria del Giglio which is the stop that will take you to/from the airport at a cost of 15€ (one way) rather than spending a fortune in a taxi. Superb stay for my husband’s 50th. Service excellent, friendly and professional. Staff totally surprised us with a birthday cake, candle and prosecco at breakfast- thank you. Garden a beautiful retreat and a real bonus. We will definitely return.
